Tons of veggies, some whole wheat pasta, and a lot of love! Tons of veggies, some whole wheat pasta, and a lot of love!
Number of Servings: 15


    1.25 pounds ground turkey breast
    1 box whole wheat spaghetti
    2 jars red pasta sauce
    1 small jar of light alfredo sauce
    1.25 cups shredded mozzarella
    .25 cups bread crumbs
    1 cups chopped onion
    1 cup sliced zucchini
    1 cup sliced squash
    2 cups broccoli
    1 cup asparagus
    4 cups fresh spinach (you can use frozen)
    1 tbsp garlic
    2 tbsp EVOO


1. Saute garlic and onion in EVOO. Boil water and cook pasta in the meantime. Oh, and preheat the oven to 350.
2. Add turkey and cook through.
3. Add all the veggies so they get a little warm. (Don't need to cook them all the way).
4. Add pasta and turkey/veggie mix to the biggest pan you have (You may have to use 2). Add the sauces and mix very well. (You can use less sauce if you want. I like it saucy, plus I had to make it in 2 pans because it was so much.)
5. Spread cheese on top and sprinkle breadcrumbs.
6. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
7. Enjoy!!

Serving Size: Makes 15 generous servings! (You can cut it in 1/2 for less people)
