Introduction

Good when your sick. Good when your sick.
Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    1Chicken breast
    1/2 cup of carrots
    2 cups of green beans
    3 cups of brown rice
    1 med onion
    3 equals
    4 tbsp Ms. Dash


Directions

Cook all the vegetables and seasonings together with the chopped chicken breast until everything is done. Add 1guart of water or too your liking. Let simmer for 1 1/2 hours.

Serving Size: Makes 12 but I will get 9 servings.
