    *Baked Potato, with skin, 6 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 small (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Broccoli, fresh, .33 cup, chopped (remove)
    *Smart Balance Buttery Spread, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Smart Balance Buttery Spread, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Italian Seasoning: Good Seasons, 0.1 oz (remove)
    Garlic powder, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Salt, .25 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, .25 tsp (remove)


1. Dice all vegetables and potatoes into very small pieces.
2. Add butter to pan over medium heat and add onion, potato, and green pepper. Cook 8-1 mintes until they begin to become tender.
3. Add broccoli and seasonings and cook for an additional 5 minutes or so until all is soft and delicious!
