    1 tbsp blue bonnet
    3/4 c of the following, chopped:
    4 c unsalted chicken broth
    1 c water
    4 oz shredded rotisserie chicken
    3 oz uncooked orzo pasta
    lemon zest (from one lemon)
    lemon juice
    oregano, salt and pepper


Heat margarine in large dutch oven. Add chopped veggies and cook until soft and fragrant, add oregano. Add in 3 c of the stock and the water, bring to a boil. Add chicken and orzo, let simmer until orzo is cooked through and flavors have combined. S&P to taste.

I let mine simmer a loooong time, and the flavors really came together. I added the last cup of stock after the orzo had cooked through.
