    Instant, Quick, and Regular Oats Cereal, 3 cup, cooked
    Great Value Instant Nonfat Dry Milk Powdered, 1.5 cup
    *Minute Maid Light Orange Juice 50 % Less Calories, .25 cup
    *Vermont Sugar-Free Maple-Flavored Syrup, 1 cup
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    Applesauce, unsweetened, 1 cup
    Pure Protein, 204 gram(s)


Whip egg whites then mix all wet and all dry and then all ingredients together. Cook at 325 degrees for 35 mins until edges are brown. cut into quarters and then each quarter into 5 bars. Making 5 bars.
