    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 cup miracle whip
    1 large onion chopped
    2 eggs
    1 cup shredded cheese
    2 cups croutons, crushed
    broccoli & cauliflower chopped


Chop broccoli and cauliflower - boil 5 min. mix all the other ingredients in a large bowl (except croutons). Put cooked broccoli and cauliflower in roasting pan, pour sauce mixture over the vegtables, top with crushed croutons, spray with pam, or oil/butter spray. bake for 35-40min at 350'

Serving Size: makes one large casserole dish
