Ingredients

    1 extra large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 dash Pepper, black
    1 tbsp Cilantro, raw
    1 serving Green Onions
    0.5 serving Taiwan Boiled Salt Duck Egg 55g (1 egg)
    0.5 serving Taiwan Preserved Duck Egg 55g (1 egg)

Directions

Peel the salted & preserved eggs and cut it into 8 small pieces. Place them in a ceramic plate. Add an egg and beat it up and mix it well with about 1/2 cup of water or more. When the water boils in the steamer, just let it steam on high heat for 5 minutes. Do not overcook. Add a drop or two of sesame oil, soy sauce, sprinkle pepper on top and garnish with green onions and cilantro.
