Number of Servings: 1


    * Spinach, frozen, 75 grams
    * Onions, raw, 30 grams
    * Garlic, 2 clove
    * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 60 grams
    * Olive Oil, .5 1tsp
    * Salt, 1 dash
    * Pepper, black, 1 dash
    * Basil (dry spice)
    * Parsley (dry spice)


Get all your ingredients ready.

In a pan add the olive oil and let heat for a minute. Add the onions and saute for a a minute or so. Add the Spinach and a little water (the water will help it thaw faster. Add the garlic. Wait for the Spinach to thaw and add the Tomatoes. Season with Salt and Pepper, and Basil and Parsley. Saute for a nother minute or so and remove from heat.

The Pizza Pesto is ready. Will make about 150 grams.
