Introduction

Something I threw together inspired by a go to chicken recipe another user posted. I just wish I had black olives to add to it. That would have been superb. Ingredients

    Great Value No Salt added Tomatoes, 1.25 cup
    Beans, red kidney, 2 cup
    *Baked Potato, with skin, 2 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 3 medium
    Olive Oil, 1.5 tbsp

Directions

1.put a little bit of oil on the bottom of the pan.
2.put all ingredients in a pan
3.drizzle remaining oil on top of beans to ensure they retain moisture and don't burn
4.heat at 450 until taters are tender(about 45 minutes).

Serving Size: makes 4 servings
