    Egg, fresh, 2 medium
    Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped
    Mushrooms, cooked, 2 mushroom
    Garlic, .25 tsp
    Cumin, .25 tsp
    Pepper, red or cayenne, .25 tsp
    Pace Chunky Salsa - Mild, 1 tbsp


Heat a frying pan with cooking spray add onion garlic and mushrooms cook until onions are clear.
In a bowl stir the eggs with the cumin and red pepper then add to pan cook on one side until slightly browned and turn and do the same to other side serve with 1 tablespoon of pace salsa
