Introduction

Place chopped onion, pepper and garlic in a pam sprayed pot. SautÚ. Remove from pot and set aside. Place chicken thighs in pot and fry. Onced cooked chop into bite size pieces. Ingredients

    5 Chicken thighs, bone and skin removed
    1 cup onions chopped fine
    1 yellow pepper chopped fine
    4 garlic cloves chopped fine
    2 cups Marinara Sauce
    2 cups canned tomatoes
    Add pepper to taste

Directions

Let simmer until thick. Serve with whole wheat pasta or even eat on its own if you want to stay away from pasta.
