    2 c. diced leftover turkey
    1 box stuffing mix, prepared or
    2 c. leftover stuffing
    1 c. turkey gravy
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 egg


Layer bottom of casserole dish with stuffing. Cover with diced turkey.
Whisk together gravy, milk and egg. Pour over casserole dish.
Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes. Kind of a custard-y consistency. Very good- my kids wanted seconds. 6-7 servings.
