Ingredients

    1.5 c mushrooms, sliced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 T olive oil
    3 eggs
    3 oz brie, divided

Directions

Heat oil. Saute mushrooms until nicely browned and water has evaporated. Add garlic, careful not to burn. When garlic gives robust aroma, add eggs and scramble. Divide into thirds and top each serving with brie.
