Number of Servings: 16


    Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 2 cup (remove)
    *McCormick Pumpkin Pie Spice, 1.5 tsp (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 2 medium (remove)
    Milk, canned, evaporated, nonfat, 1.5 cup (remove)


Mix 15 oz can pumpkin,11/2 tsp pumpkinspice mix,& Truviasweetner to taste. Add two beaten eaggs and 12 oz eveporated fat free milk. Divide mixture between Pyrex custard dishes. Bake in preheated 425*F oven for 15 mins:reduce heat to 350* & bake until knife in center comes out clean, about 40 mins. Makes about eight 3/4 cup servings or 16 1/4 cup servings
