Number of Servings: 28


    6 cups rolled oats
    2 cups corn flakes
    1 cup sunflower seeds
    1 cup coconut flakes

    Mix these items together in a large bowl.

    3/4 cup honey
    4 Tbsp canola oil
    Heat honey and oil over low heat until warm. Pour over oat mixture until evenly coated. Spread on a baking sheet and bake, stirring frequently until golden brown. Allow to cool.

    1 cup dates
    1 cup dried cranberries
    1 cup raisins
    1 cup mixed dried fruit
    Store in an air tight container.
