    Cheddar Cheese, 1.50 cup, shredded (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 4 large (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Serrano Peppers, 1 pepper (remove)
    Tempeh, 1 cup (remove)
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, 10 oz (remove)
    Wheat, hard red spring, 1 cup (remove)
    Red Star, Nutritional Yeast, Vegetarian Support Formula, 8 Tbspn (remove)
    Bob's Red Mill TVP, 1 cup (remove)
    Beef boullion cube, 4 serving (remove)


Serving Size: 26 -32 1/2 cup burgers

shred veggies, saute, add tvp boullion and yeast. stir. cool it add cheese and bread crumbs( sometimes I use a box of stuffing mix)
form into patties and bake 350 for 30 minutes
Once they are cooked you can reheat on a grill, or under a broiler with sliced onion, any condiment, bbq.... really hearty burger.
