    fat free low sodium chicken broth cheese
    frozen broccoli
    garlic powder
    bay leaves
    fat free milk
    low fat cheddar cheese


chop up veggies
bring broth, veggies, garlic powder bay leaf, and thyme to boil, cover and cook on low until veggies are tender.

Pulse mixtureone minute and set aside.

melt butter. add flour, milk, thicken. add cheese until melted.

Add to veggie mixture.

Serving Size: makes 6 1 cup servings
