    1-2tbsp - Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 cup - Red Peppers
    1 cup - Orange Peppers
    1 cup - Onions
    1 cup - Mushrooms (canned/fresh)


Cut all the peppers, onions and mushrooms (if using fresh) and set aside.
Take a saute style pan and put the olive oil in it. Let the olive oil heat up and spread it around the pan by shifting the pan over the burner. Once the oil is hot and the bottom of the pan is coated put the peppers in stirring for approximately 3 minutes then add the onions. Let that mix cook for approixmately 3 more minutes. After those 3 minutes add the mushrooms and let cook for the remaining 4 minutes or until the peppers and onions are tender.
Once everything is done serve overtop of your steak or chicken.
