    4 cups quick cooking oatmeal
    1 tbsp. cinnamon
    2 t. baking powder
    1 t. salt
    1/2 cup brown sugar Splenda
    3 eggs
    2 cups nonfat milk
    1/2 cup melted butter
    1 cup raisins
    1/2 cup chopped pecans
    2 t. vanilla extract


Mix dry ingredients, add wet ingredients. Mix well. Place in a greased 9x13 inch cake pan, Bake for 40 minutes in a 350-degree oven.

Cut into 12 pieces and serve with a little milk. Can be eaten cold or warm.
