    3 cups spinach
    1 apple, cored, cut into quarters
    1/4-1/2 c cranberries, whole (fresh or frozen)
    1 c soy milk
    2 ice cubes


Put ingredients into blender. Blend until smooth.

Depending upon blender size, spinach/soy milk can be blended first, then the other ingredients added in.
