Use with two pork tenderloins (approx. 2 pounds). Use with two pork tenderloins (approx. 2 pounds).
Number of Servings: 12


    1 cup Red Wine
    3 tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
    2 tbsp Maple Syrup
    2 tbsp hot mustard
    2 tbsp chopped garlic


Mix all the ingredients together and add them and the pork tenderloins to a large ziploc bag to marinate for 6 to 12 hours.

Serving Size: Makes 12 servings if using 2 pounds of pork.
