    7 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs
    1/3 Cup Butter
    1 Cup Potato Flakes
    2 Tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
    2 Tsp Poultry Seasoning
    1 Tsp Black Pepper


Combine potato flakes, cheese, poultry seasoning and pepper. Trim thighs of visible fat and cut into tenders. Melt butter. Dip chicken in butter then roll in potato flake mixture. Place on a lightly greased baking pan. Cook at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
