Introduction

My gram's delicious soup! My gram's delicious soup!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    One medium onion, diced
    Cauliflower, raw, 1 head, large (6-7" dia)
    Carrots, raw, 1 medium
    Orzo Pasta, 1 pound
    8 cups of water
    Salt & pepper

Directions

Heat 2 tbsp. olive oil in a pot.
Add diced oinion & sautee.
Add 6 cups of water, cut up cauliflower, & shredded carrots.
Cook till cauliflower soften & mash in pot.
Add 2 more cups of water.
Add salt & pepper (more pepper than you probably think).
Let cook a few minutes longer.
Add pastini (orzo, stars, or anything tiny).
Cook at least 10 minutes longer.
