Introduction

Ingredients

    1 Package Far East Rice Pilaf - Spanish Rice
    1 can Diced Tomatoes
    1 cup frozen corn
    1 can black beans, rinsed & drained
    1 cup salsa

Directions

Bring 2 cups water to boil. Stir in rice and spice packet. Return to a boil. Stir, then lower heat to low. Add salsa, corn, beans and tomatoes. Cover and simmer 20-25 minutes, until rice is tender and most of water is absorbed.

Makes 9 cups.
