    CP Chicken & Dumplings

    4 boneless/skinless chicken breasts, cubed (I used 6)
    2 cans condensed cream if chicken soup (I used 2 family size)
    1/2 C diced onion
    ... 1/2 C chopped celery
    2 C water (I used 4)
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1 tsp dried rosemary (I also added some poultry seasoning)
    salt & pepper to taste
    1-10 oz package Pillsbury biscuits
    I also added 1 frozen package of diced carrots and peas


1. Combine all ingredients except biscuits into slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours.
2. Tear biscuit dough into small pieces (I cut into quarters, that is why mine were bigger) and add to the chicken mixture, stirring gently. Cover and cook on high for 30 minutes or until biscuits are fluffy.
