Ingredients

    1 lb (450g) raw brussel sprouts
    2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    1 tsp salt
    0.5 tsp fresh cracked pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F

Trim ends of brussel sprouts and cut in half lengthwise

Place burssel sprouts, olive oil and seasonings in plastic bag and shake to coat

Place brussel sprouts on baking sheet cut side down.

Bake at 400F for 40 minutes, turning over half way trough.
