Ingredients

    Beans, red kidney, 2 tbsp
    Beans, great northern, 2 tbsp
    *Whole Wheat Flour, 2 3/4 cup
    *Rye flour, light, 1 3/4 cup
    Barley, pearled, raw, 1/2 cup
    Millet, 1/4 cup
    Lentils, 1/4 cup
    Beans, pinto, 2 tbsp
    Water, tap, 2 cups
    Honey, 1/2 cup
    Honey, 1 tsp
    Yeast, bakers, 2 tbsp
    Olive Oil, 1/4 Cup

Directions

Grease pans 5X9
Mill all dry ingredients
Split dry in half after well mixed only use half from here dowm
make yeast growth 1 tsp honey 2 tbs of yeast and 1 cup off 100 degree water and rest for 5 - 10 minutes
Mix 1/2 cup honey, 1 cup water, and 1/4 cup olive oil into dry ingredients
mix all together in mixer with dough hook

put half by weight in each pan
raise in warms spot 1 hour till just below top
375 for 45 - 50 minute 200 degree internal temp
