    Onions, raw, 1 cup, sliced (remove)
    *Potato, raw, 1 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) (remove)
    Garlic, 2 clove (remove)
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, sliced (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Cod (fish), 8 oz (remove)
    White Wine, 1 glass (3.5 fl oz) (remove)
    season salt
    lemon zest, 1 ts


Heat oven 450.
Slice onion, potatoes and pepper. spray bottom of a 9 inch backing dish. Arrange vegatables in the dish, drizzel olive oil and sprinkle with season salt. bake for 45-50 minutes. arrange fish on top of the vegatables, pure wine on top and season with season salt and lemon zest. Return dish to the oven, bake another 15 minutes until the fish is done.
