    *Potato, raw, 8 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) (remove)
    Pork Tenderloin, 1 piece, cooked, excluding refuse (yi (remove)
    Beans, red kidney, 1 cup (remove)
    Beans, white, 1 cup (remove)
    *Green Giant Cut Green Beans, can, 1 cup (remove)
    Garlic, 9 tsp (remove)
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Allspice, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Onion powder, 1 tsp (remove)
    Hidden Valley Ranch Mix, dry, 28 gram(s) (remove)
    *Skim Milk, 1 cup (remove)


Spray non-stick cooking spray in pot.
Place pork on bottom of pot.
Add water.
Add minced garlic over pork (spread on)
Sprinkle onion powder and Allspice over pork/garlic.
Drain and add kidney beans, white beans and green beans.
Add tomatoes w/ juices.
Cover and set on Low

About an hour prior to eating, wash/scrub and chop up potatoes into approximately 1" bits. Boil water and add potatoes and a touch of salt. Boil until soft (you'll see the skins start to come off the potatoes) - Drain and put the spuds into a bowl. Break up the potatoes with a wooden spoon, add milk and Ranch seasoning. Using an electric mixer, blend the potatoes together until you get the consistency desired.
