very easy to make high in fiber and protien very easy to make high in fiber and protien
Number of Servings: 1


    1 can black beans
    1 Box Low Fat Brownie Mix
    1/2 cup water


drain beans, add 1/2 cup water, put in blender and puree (i leave it a little chunky) add to brownie mix....
Bake according to box directions.
(If you use the mini muffins, only takes 15 minutes to bake)

Serving Size: 12 muffins
