Ingredients

    12 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk
    12 oz Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 tbsp Parsley, dried
    2 tbsp Basil
    3 tsp Garlic
    1.50 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    2 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers)
    2 cup, sliced Zucchini
    1.75 cup Canned Tomatoes
    2.50 cup Hunts Spaghetti Sauce
    16 oz Ground beef, 8% Laura's Lean Beef
    6 oz Pasta, Lasagna Noodles

Tips

Used raw noodles. Made the dish the day ahead and kept in refrigerator overnight. 4*5=20 SQ inches. 554/20 = 14.5 cal per square inch.


Directions

Made in a 14 x 8 pan so 122 square inches per batch which is 27 calories per square inch.
Cook 350 over about 40 minutes or until cheese melts.
