    1 lb. lean Ground Beef
    2 tbsp. driend onion flakes
    1 tbsp. dried parsley
    1/2 tsp. ground Allspice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper

    1 pound cabbage, thinly sliced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 28 oz can crushed Tomatoes
    1/3 raisins
    2 tbsp. sugar
    1 tbsp. onion flakes
    3 cups cooked brown rice


Heta oven to 350degrees F., Coat a rimmed baking pan with nonstick spray.
Combine beef and spices together. Form into 28 meatballs using about 1 tbsp. each. bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
Coat nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Add cabbage, salt & pepper. Simmer over med-high heat for 8 minutes, stirring often. Stir in tomatoes, raisins, sugar and onion flakes. Bring to a boil: reduce heat & simmer, covered, for 10 minutes. Add Meatballs and simmer 5 minutes.

Serve over brown rice.
