Ingredients

    10 large potatoes
    1 cup frozen corn kernels
    1 cup chopped carrots
    2 cup nonfat milk
    3 Tbsp butter
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 1/4 tsp Season Salt
    1 small onion chopped
    1/4 tsp Wyler's Chicken Granules
    I cup Fat Free Sour Cream

Directions

Peel and boil potatoes until tender and most of water is gone. Add chopped onions, carrots, corn, butter & seasonings. Add milk and sour cream and cook until taste all blend and potatoes have cooked down but still have chunks. May have to add a little more water. Makes approx (8) 1 1/2 cup servings.
