    Bag of Frozen Birds Eye Garlic Cauliflower
    3/4 lb Red Potatoes
    3 Tbsp Smart Balance Spread


Cook cauliflower according to package directions.
Dice red potatoes into approximately 1" cubes, boil with skin on....until tender. Drain.
In mixing bowl, combine cauliflower and cooked potatoes, add butter and mash with an electric mixer.
Salt and pepper to taste.....we dont cook with salt in our home, so the added sodium isnt calculated.

Serving Size: 6 Servings approx. 3/4 cup each
