    Velveeta Cheese Product, 4.5 oz
    1/2 cup milk
    1/2 cup beer at room temperature
    2 tbsp. flour
    2 tbsp butter
    1/2 tsp. dijon mustard
    white pepper


mix butter and flour over medium heat until a paste forms. Slowly whisk in the milk and whisk until slightly thickened.

Add the cheese and stir until melted and smooth. Whisk in the beer.

Season with tumeric, dijon mustard, salt, and white pepper as needed.

Serving Size: Makes 2 cups / Four 1/2 cup servings.
