Ingredients

    1 tbsp Chili Powder
    2 tsp dried Oregano
    1 tsp dried Thyme
    1/2 tsp Onion Powder
    1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
    1/4 tsp Black Pepper
    16 oz lean boneless Sirloin Steak, trimmed
    8 cups mixed Salad Greens or Arugula
    11/2 cups Red Bell Pepper strips
    1 cup vertically - sliced Red Onion
    1 tbsp chopped fresh Parsley
    1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
    1 tsp Olive Oil
    1 tsp fresh Lemon Juice
    1 (8 3/4 oz) can whole kernel Corn, drained & rinsed

Directions

Combine the first six ingredients; rub over both sides of steak. Heat a grill pan over med-high heat. Add steak; cook on each side 5 min or until desired degrees of doneness. Cut the steak across grain into thin slices. While steak cooks, combine salad greens and remaining ingredients in a large bowl; toss well to coat. Top w/ steak.
