    2 tbsp - olive oil
    4 cups - stripped bell pepper
    1 - onion
    4 - chicken breast
    8 tbsp - stir fry sause
    1/4 cup - water
    5 cups - cooked rice


start rice first.

in a large skillet, saute chicken breast in olive oil. once cooked, cut into chunks. add peppers, onion, sause, and water to skillet with chicken. cook down at a simmer till desired veggie tenderness.

by this time rice should be finished.
put chicken stir fry over 1 cup of rice.
