    1 lb ground Turkey
    15 oz marinara sauce
    8 oz whole kernel corn
    6 oz sliced black olives, drained
    1 pack track seasoning mix, dry
    8 oz cottage cheese, small curd
    8 oz sour cream
    12 oz grated cheese, Monterey Jack or similar
    10 oz tortilla chips, crumbled


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a medium skillet, brown the ground Turkey adding the package of taco seasoning.

Add marinara sauce, corn, and olives. Heat through. While meat mixture is heating, cover the bottom of 9"x13" pan with crumbled tortilla chips.

Spoon the meat mixture over the top of the tortilla chips.

Mix cottage cheese with sour cream in a small bowl. Spoon the mixture on top of the meat layer.

Cover the top of the casserole with the grated cheese. The casserole can be stored in refrigerator or freezer at this point for later use.

Put the casserole in the preheated 350 oven until thoroughly heated and the cheese topping its melted.
