    Egg, fresh, 4 medium
    Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped
    Broccoli, fresh, 0.35 cup, chopped or diced
    Cauliflower, raw, 1 floweret chopped or diced
    Smoked sausage, 3 oz sliced thin
    Half and Half Cream, 2 tbsp
    Cheddar Cheese, .5 cup, diced
    Olive Oil, 1 Tablespoon


Break eggs into bowl . Add remaining ingredients except cheese and oil. Mix well.

Put oil into pan and heat. Add egg mixture. Add cheese. Cook until egg is done and cheese is melted.
