Ingredients

    3 cups Bulghur
    1 can peas
    2 carrots
    1 cup of sliced zucchini

Directions

Cook carrots with zucchini until tender and then add peas. When cooked, add bulghur, until warm. Serve with greek yoghurt and enjoy!
