    1 lb. ground venison
    300g chopped onion
    4g crushed garlic
    2 T. beef base
    4 cups water, divided
    1 qt. canned green beans with liquid
    1435g potatoes cut into medium large pieces
    1 can fat-free cream of mushroom soup
    2 T. cornstarch


Brown venison with onion and garlic. Add green beans, potaoes, most of the water(set some aside to mix with the cornstarch), and the beef base. Bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer until potatoes are tender. Add the mushroom soup. Bring back to a boil. Add salt & pepper to taste. Mix the cornstarch with remaining water and add to soup. Stir and boil for 1 minute. Makes about 14.5 cups
