    Eat Smart Broccoli Florets (entire bag)
    Eat Smart Cauliflower Florets (entire bag)
    Medium Onion
    4 Cloves Garlic (chopped)
    Bell Pepper (cut in strips)
    Olive Oil (2 Tbsp)
    Butterball Polska Kielbasa Turkey Sausage (entire pack)
    Mrs. Dash (season to taste)
    Pam Cooking Spray
    Salt & pepper (optional)


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray 2 large pans with Pam cooking spray. In one pan place broccoli and cauliflower in pan. In other pan place onions, bell pepper, and garlic in other pan. Spray vegetables with Pam cooking spray before placing in oven. Cook vegetables for 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender when pierced with fork. On top of stove, put 2 tablespoons of olive oil in pan. Slice package of sausage and cook in olive oil until browned. After vegetables are done, combine sausage with vegetables and add desired seasonings. Enjoy.
