    2 lbs pork tenderloin, 1 large onion (chopped), 4 cloves garlic (chopped), 2 tsp red pepper flakes, 2 tsp ground cumin, 2 tsp ground coriander, 4 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp dried oregano, 1 tsp dried marjoram, 1 dash cayenne pepper, 3 cups canned tomatoes ( crushed or finely chopped), 4 cups kidney beans (canned, drained and rinsed), salt to taste. 1 green pepper (chopped)


you can dice your pork tenderloin and brown it first. But I usually just add all the ingredients to a crockpot on cook it on high for 4-6 hrs, until meat is tender. remove tenderloin from crockpot, dice and return . stir and enjoy.
