    2 heads of lettuce chopped (read leaf or romaine)
    6 slices of bacon cooked until crispy
    2 medium ride avocados
    0.5 pounds (8 ounces) chicken breast - grilled or roasted
    1 large tomato
    2 hard boiled eggs
    4 servings light blue cheese dressing (Bolthouse yogurt dressing used for nutrition calculations).


Boil eggs and set aside to cool - chop once cooled. Grill or roast chicken breast and cut into chunks. Cook bacon and crumble. Dice avocado. Dice tomato. Chop lettuce.

If not serving right away, store toppings separate from lettuce, e.g. chicken, bacon and egg can go together and tomato and avocado can go together.

Divide all ingredients into 4 bowls and serve with 2 Tablespoons of dressing.
