    4 Boneless, Skinless, Chicken Breasts
    Cream Cheese, 8 oz
    Yellow Sweet Corn 1 14.5 oz can (drained)
    Beans, black 1 14.5 oz can (Drained and rinsed)
    Rotel tomatoes, 10 oz can


Place all items in crock pot. Set on low and cook for 8 hours. After about 2 hours, stir in the cream cheese well...replace lid and continue to cook.

Will be a bit soupy...great served on rice. Can also serve by itself in a bowl, with tortilla chips or on a taco shell.

This recipe was made with full fat cream cheese. I've not tried it with fat free or reduced fat...but may be a way to cut some unwanted caloric intake!!
