    3 medium fresh pears
    3 large eggs
    1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
    1/3 cup granulated sugar
    1/3 cup all-purpose flour
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    3/4 cup skim milk
    1/2 tsp salt


Peel and slice pears thinly. Arrange in the bottom of a greased pie pan. In a blender, combine eggs, sugar, milk, butter, flour, salt, and vanilla until smooth. Pour liquid over pears. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
