Ingredients

Ground beef, lean, 8 oz (remove)
*Potato, raw, 3 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) (remove)
Canned Tomatoes, 1 can (remove)
Tomato Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz) (remove)
Onions, raw, 2 small (remove)
Directions
Brown the beef with some of the onions, chopped. Drain. Place cooked beef in bottom of casserole dish. Mix 1/2 can of tomato soup with meat. Slice potatoes and onion. Layer over meat. Pour can of tomatoes and other half of soup over all. Bake at 350 for 2 hours.
You can add whatever spices you wish, if your canned tomatoes are not flavoured.
