    12 Hard-boiled eggs, peeled and sliced lengthwise
    2 T finely chopped celery
    2 T finely chopped scallions
    2 T finely chopped green olives
    2 T mayonnaise
    Salt & Pepper to taste


Hard-boil a dozen eggs. Peel and slice lengthwise. Remove yokes and mash them with the next four ingredients. Stuff the whites with the egg mixture and sprinkle with paprika. Keep refrigerated.

Serving Size: Makes 24 deviled eggs (2 per serving)
