    Pink Salmon (fish), 1 fillet (remove)
    Limes, 1 fruit (2" dia) (remove)
    Garlic, 1 clove (remove)
    Sun Dried Tomatoes, 3 piece (remove)
    Jalapeno Peppers, 1 cup, sliced (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 dash (remove)
    Salt, 1 dash (remove)


Place salmon in baking tray
cut garlic and sundried tomatoes and sprinkle over evenly
Cut lime in half, squeeze one half over the salmon slice th other half and place around the salmon
chop jalapenoes to your likeing and sprinkle over
add the dash of salt and pepper. cover with tin foil
and put ihto a preheated oven at a medium high heat and cook for 20 mins

serve with rice, salad, couscous or spring greens
