Ingredients

    1 c. chopped onion
    1 pkg taco seasoning
    1 can corn (or 2 c. frozen)
    1 can chicken broth
    1 can black beans
    1 can white beans
    1 can refried beans
    1 can diced tomatoes w/green chiles
    1 can died tomatoes

Directions

Spray large cooking pot w/non stick spray, and saute onions. Add 2 cans of tomatoes and can of refried beans. Mix. Add all other beans, corn, and chicken broth. (Do not drain beans, but drain corn if using canned.) Stir to combine. Add taco seasoning. Bring soup to a boil. Cover and simmer for 1 hour. Can be made in a crock pot. Also, ground beef or turkey could be added. Serve w/a few tortilla strips and a sprinkle of shredded cheese.
